Over the past eight years, the organization has been an integral part of the New England community, continuously giving back to the people and cities in their backyard. It's our duty to replicate that servant leadership in Orlando and play our role in creating countless memories for the youth and the less fortunate of the Central Florida region.

The Pirates are excited to propose the "Pirates A-Club," a unique partnership program designed to foster academic excellence and community engagement within local schools, aligning perfectly with the goals of Partners in Education (PIE) and Positive Behavioral Interventions & Support (PBIS). This initiative seeks to foster positive behaviors and academic achievement by offering exclusive opportunities to students and their families.

The Pirates A-Club program offers schools a mutually beneficial partnership centered around community involvement and student recognition, directly supporting PBIS frameworks and strengthening PIE initiatives.

In exchange for participation in the Pirates A-Club, the Pirates will commit to:
  • Community Visits: Providing community visits to the school, which may include appearances by Pirates' players, dancers, and/or mascot, motivational talks, and interactive sessions, reinforcing positive behaviors and serving as a valuable PIE resource.
  • Book Readings: Offering engaging book reading sessions by Pirates personnel for students, promoting literacy and positive engagement.
  • Group Night: A donation of 100 tickets to be used toward one regular 2026 season home game.
  • School Hosted Events: Pirates' Staff, Players, Dancers, and/or mascot to make appearances at functions outside of school time or locations. (Examples: School fundraiser night, after-school clubs, even field days, or camps.)
Reward Incentive: The Pirates will provide various contributions, such as tickets, exclusive game experiences, and promotional items. These will be used in conjunction with school programs as giveaways or earned prizes.

The Pirates will promote partnered schools on their social media platforms and acknowledge them during their group night home game. In return, the school will help promote the Pirates to their families by encouraging them to attend the games. This partnership offers significant advantages for both the Pirates and participating schools:
  • Promotes Academic Achievement: This partnership directly motivates students to excel academically by offering exclusive rewards, aligning with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) academic objectives.
  • Fosters Positive Behavior and Community Spirit: It establishes a consistent and strong presence of the Pirates within the school community, fostering positive relationships and encouraging students to participate in volunteering opportunities, expanding the Partners in Education (PIE) network.
  • Enhances Community Engagement: The program delivers engaging and enriching experiences for students and their families, strengthening positive connections between the school and the wider community through shared activities and volunteerism.
  • Develops Fan Base: This initiative allows the Pirates to connect with a younger demographic and cultivate a loyal fan base for the team.
The Pirates A-Club is a powerful initiative that combines educational support with the excitement of professional sports. We believe this partnership will create a lasting positive impact on students, schools, and the wider community, directly supporting your PIE and PBIS efforts. We look forward to discussing this proposal further and tailoring it to meet the specific needs of your school.
