Isaiah McKoy heads to the Indoor Football League for the first time with NFL and CFL experience.

 

The 6’1’’ 200-pound wideout had a stellar collegiate career at Kent State. The former three-star high school prospect earned Third Team All-MAC honors in his sophomore year. One year later he was named All-MAC First Team Offense as he nearly made program history in a trio of categories.

 

McKoy’s 124 career receptions are good for sixth in Golden Flashes History. His three-year career came to an end with 1,748 receiving yards which is good for fifth all-time. If those aren’t impressive enough, he hauled in 16 touchdown receptions which puts him second in program history.

 

Despite going undrafted, McKoy had stints with both the Pittsburgh Steelers and Indianapolis Colts. Two years later he got a taste of the Canadian Football League with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
